I build the quiet infrastructure that global companies run on — the integrations, the automations, the reporting pipelines that no one notices when they work and everyone feels when they don't.

My path started with a degree in Business Information Technology at APIIT (CGPA 3.8), then four years at EY turning client messes into maintainable systems. In late 2023 I moved client-side to Novartis, where I now sit between global product owners and the APMA & Japan markets, translating what each side actually needs into something the other can ship.

What I care about: making the complicated parts invisible, leaving behind documentation someone else can read, and pushing back — kindly — when a requirement would create more problems than it solves.
